Persistent Issues with Windows 10 64 Bit?

Hello all. I am new here, so bear with me and my English.

I came across the Standalone version of StudioLink and was (and am) very excited. My workflow is to allow people all over the world to send me voice in real time for a broadcast I produce in OBS. In OSX, the Standalone version on StudioLink works flawlessly. In Windows however, not so - the remote users constantly get a “404 error” when trying to call me.

  • Remote user uses Windows 10
  • I use OSX
  • Either way, if we try to call each other, we get a 404 error in Standalone browser interface

Has anyone else faced this, and if so, how have you addressed it?

Have you/they tried the standard testaccounts “echo” and “freakshow1” to see, if that works?

can you check if you and the remote users are on the same new version? if you see a “studio-link.de” address, this is the old infrastructure and not compatible. all new versions have a “studio.link” address.
