Help needed to choose hardware for podcast

I am beginner to podcasts.
I will be solo in the podcast whithout guests.
I have reaper ultrashal, auphonic account, quality pc windows.
Microphone?
Audio device?
Headphones?
or
Mixer?
Maybe dbx 266xs.
If there is cheaper way to have quality i will go with optimum bare minimum hadware to achive same.
I have about 700-800 euro.

You will need a fethead if you use a dynamic microphone, as they deliver too little signal level.

…not generally true. Some „stage“ microphones (e.g. the beyerdynamics e-series like e835) are quite sensitive and do not need additional amplification, while quite some „broadcast“ microphones like the Shure SM7B or the EV RE20 are infamous for low levels.
